Niigata craft beer festival

Last weekend Niigata City held their annual craft beer festival , this festival is now the 4th time it has been held and from small beginnings it has grown into a big festival with about 25 different breweries attending. Because Niigata often has rain it's not possible to hold it outdoors , but luckily there is a large covered mall in the center on Furumachi.  Last year we worked serving Black Isle beer from Scotland but this year we joined some of our friends to sample the wide array of fantastic beers in tap and in between drinks I managed to take quite a few photos as well which are in the slide show below.
