Albannach is Niigata's only traditional savory pie maker ​at present with a combined history of 8 years experience. I started a brand called Premo Pies and due to other work commitments I stopped baking & my wife Tamaki then took over and further developed our range of savory pies. All the traditional shortcrust pastry and pie fillings are made here at Albannach so you can enjoy fresh tasting pies everyday.

You can order a pie set which includes : mash potato, salad, cabbage, carrots and mashed peas or pies are also available on their own.
