Today Tamaki baked lots of fantastic pies, I had a lamb and porter pie for lunch with a pint of Black Isle organic blonde lager which was fantastic. And later this afternoon we put on our 2nd tap beer which is Plank - Dunkel Weizenbock , check out the pics below !

One of the many jobs I have had over the years is a sign writinger , while today most signs are made from computers with stick on plastic letters made from computer cut vinyl. I was taught the old school method of hand painting , So this morning with some free time I started work on our new hanging sign , it's not quite finished as yet but it doesn't look too bad so far and should look great once finished hanging in front of our shop. 
 

Just arrived Black Isle Blonde - here is what the lads at Black Isle brewery have to say about it !

A light biscuity blonde style beer loaded with New Zealand Organic Hallertau Aroma hops. Not probably, but definitely the best blonde beer in Scotland.
ABV: 4.5%
